Bala is working on the Value Australia project. Prior to this he has worked as research associate at University College London and Senior Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle. He received his PhD form Department of Geography UCL, Masters from Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis UCL and Bachelors from Department of Planning, School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.
