Bill Randolph, CFRC Director, addresses the Committee for Economic Development of Australia seminar on Sydney 2030: Managing Sydney’s Growth, last Friday.

Speaking after the NSW Planning Minister, Rob Stokes, and Greater Sydney Commissioner, Lucy Turnbull, Bill spoke on the implementation issues facing the new Commission in delivering the six new District Pans for Sydney.  Focussing on the implications of planning for a polarising city and using the proposed redevelopment of the Sydenham to Bankstown corridor as an example, he offered a range of perspectives and proposals to support the delivery of integrated and inclusive urban renewal across the city.
