Join industry experts and leaders from local government, housing, planning, and academia for a robust discussion about density, local infrastructure, and liveability in the metropolitan Sydney region. 

This one-day Summit aims to generate practical solutions for real-world application, with a formal Communique to be developed. The one-day Cities for Us Summit will be held on 25 July 2018 at Doltone House, Hyde Park. Leading experts will deliver keynote addresses, participate in panel discussions, and contribute to workshops. Delegates will be invited to contribute to the development of a Communique based on workshops held during the day.

The Summit is being hosted by Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils and Shelter NSW in collaboration with City Futures and supported by the Committee for Sydney and the Planning Institute of Australia.  
The objectives of the Summit are to:

SUMMIT OPENING: The Hon Anthony Roberts MP, Minister for Planning, Minister for Housing, Special Minister of State.
KEYNOTE ADDRESS:  Lucy Hughes Turnbull AO, Chief Commissioner, Greater Sydney Commission.
